The programme provides a structured path for career progression, with a focus on developing both legal and business skills. Many of our former trainees have advanced to senior roles within the firm, including partner.
The programme includes four seats in various departments – Disputes & Investigations, Commercial Property, Corporate and M&A, ESG, Finance, Tax, Pensions and Pro Bono. It is a three-year development programme for trainee solicitors, with three progressive phases aligned with each stage of your traineeship.
