The role of the Social Care Worker is to ensure a high-quality standard of care and support to all day attenders in Stewarts Care in accordance with New Directions standards.
Key duties include providing oversight and governance of the assigned day service, leading a team, managing day‑to‑day planning and activities, supervising staff, maintaining relationships with service users and families, and ensuring compliance with organisational and national policies.
The position requires a CORU approved Level 7 Degree in Social Care or registration as a Social Care Worker, strong organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to the values of Stewarts Care.
Remuneration is in accordance with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales: €40,851–€57,217 per annum, paid monthly. Working hours are 39 per week with a 7.8‑hour standard day. The role is based at Stewarts Care, Mill Lane, Palmerstown, Dublin 20, Ireland.
