Full description

Applications for the 2027 Graduate Programme are now open and closing date is 30 October 2026. The programme recruits graduates from all disciplines, including Engineering, IT, Cyber security, Economics, Business and General (science, maths, arts and more). It offers three rotations across key areas of the business over the two-year programme, with a limited number of non-rotational opportunities available.

Graduates will work with leading authorities in the energy sector to develop cutting edge solutions, reduce Ireland’s reliance on fossil fuels and make decarbonisation a reality.

The programme includes exposure to industry-leading projects, a dedicated buddy and support, permanent role upon successful completion, comprehensive onboarding and development, competitive salary and benefits, flexible working including hybrid and core hours, 25 days annual leave and two company days.
