Experienced Qualified Metal Fabricator Worker
Are you an experienced metalwork professional with a passion for collaboration and excellence? Gaelite, Ireland’s leading signage and display manufacturer, is looking for a Qualified Metal Fabricator, to work alongside our talented metal team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take a pivotal role within our metal department to work closely with the team to deliver innovative, high-quality products. With 4+ years of experience, post qualification, you’ll bring your expertise to guide and motivate the team, ensuring high morale and exceptional standards of work.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, in a workshop environment. Post certification. Qualified Metal Fabricator Worker. The ability to read and work from production drawings, ensuring precision and quality in all outputs.
Strong communication skills with a commitment to maintaining high morale within the department. A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to different tasks and challenges. Be able to work in a fast paced environment.
As a Qualified Metal Fabricator Worker Specialist, you will
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and precision in all metal fabrication processes.
- Actively contribute to improving processes and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the smooth translation of concepts into finished products.
- Comply with Health & Safety Requirements.
- Comply with CE 10:90 Requirements.
- Training Available.
- Adhere to the Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Must have work permit
