Job Description

Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Junior Administrator (Chargeback Department) to join Europe’s largest Airline Group. This is an excellent time to join as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests within the next 8 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent grad to kickstart their career in Finance. Suitable for a recent graduate and no previous experience is necessary as there will be full training provided.

Duties Include

  • Process daily chargeback files from Acquirers.
  • Review eligibility of chargeback for representment.
  • Collect, prepare necessary documentation necessary defending chargeback dispute.
  • Adhere and Maintain extensive knowledge of card scheme rules, regulations, timeframes relating to chargeback, arbitration and compliance cases.
  • Liaise with fraud team with respect to fraudulent cases
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Chargeback Team Manager

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage administrative processes.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
