The Maxol Graduate Programme is an 18‑month programme that offers cross‑functional experience across all aspects of the business, including sales, retail operations, finance and IT. Participants will work through seven phases, gaining practical experience, training and mentorship in areas such as business analysis, retail operations, marketing, finance, lubricants, fuel cards and more.
The programme is based in Ireland, with a focus on the Santry, North Dublin Lubricants division and other company locations.
