Collaborate effectively as part of the team, being mindful of colleagues' needs and demonstrating flexibility with working hours. Actively promote sales within the department and throughout the hotel. Maintain safe working practices in the Meetings & Events areas, promptly addressing any spillages or safety hazards.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of the department's standard operating procedures, especially regarding room setups.
