Full description

The Night Ancillary (Yard) Operative is a key operational support role within the organisation, primarily responsible for supporting public transport service delivery across the Greater Dublin Area.

Key functions include conducting pre-service vehicle running checks, managing vehicle data systems (CCTV cartridges and tachograph downloads), liaising with the Broadstone Maintenance Department, and transferring vehicles to outbased depots when required.

The successful candidate will report to the Service Delivery Manager in East. Operating on a night duty schedule with a 2-week rotation pattern, the primary focus of this position is to ensure that an optimal fleet of fully serviceable vehicles is prepared and allocated for early morning Broadstone-operated services.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable and committed to getting the job done well. If you enjoy variety, working as part of a busy operation, and helping to ensure our vehicles are serviceable, well maintained and ready for the road, this could be a great opportunity for you.
